Delete your game data
Step 1 — Find your install ID
Because our games have no accounts, your data is tied to a random
install ID generated on your device — not to
your name or email. We need it to locate your data. Open
345, tap the Sun to open the Menu, tap the Settings button, and scroll
to the bottom; your install ID is shown there. Copy it (it looks
like xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx).
If you’ve already uninstalled the game and can’t retrieve your install ID, email privacy@diapasongames.com and we’ll help as best we can.
Step 2 — Send your request
Submit the form below (or email privacy@diapasongames.com with your install ID). We’ll email you to confirm when deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
On your request we delete the data linked to your install ID: gameplay analytics events, per-puzzle logs, crash/diagnostic records, any in-app support messages you sent us, your purchase entitlement record at RevenueCat, and your installation record.
What we may keep
Anonymous aggregate statistics that can no longer be tied to you (they are not personal data). We may also retain the minimum required to meet legal or accounting obligations — for example, tax records related to a purchase. Short-lived infrastructure logs held by our provider (Cloudflare) roll off automatically on their own schedule and can’t be selectively deleted.
How long it takes
We complete deletion within 30 days and email you to confirm. Deletion covers data collected up to that point; if you keep playing under the same install ID, new data will accrue, so we recommend uninstalling the game if you want no further data collected.
